EP Exotics

We got some super worms for our red ear slider as a treat and my boy got himself a fish. We loved all the exotic animals and next time we will go to get a frog 🐸 loved the place and great customer service. Everyone is so helpful and know their animals very well.

Mayra was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up purchasing 2 new tortoise friends, Héctor and Tuco, and a new tank and set up for them both with her help. I recommend this store for their extensive reptile, amphibian and fish collections, staff helpfulness and knowledge, and it was clean and really a great experience overall!

They have everything you need to get a tank started. Came by to look around and walked out with a new pixie frog. They are super helpful and packed the frog for a long travel home. Thank you and will definitely buy more when I’m in town! 10/10

EP exotics are the best in town I bought this little guy a year ago and he's a good boy with such an amazing character. Everytime I have gotten my pets here I have never had issue with the staff or the pets I've purchased from here. They're always welcoming and knowledgeable about what they have there. Very clean and organized always. Remember to always still do research for any animals you buy from here so that you can give a good life for your pets. Don't just rely on their expertise animals always require a more in depth research so that you can provide your pets a good life and home. Be mindful that some of the pets in the shop can be wild caught so it's always a risk for lifespan to be 50/50 it's not the workers fault nor their tips and knowledge. It also has to do with the fact that some animals can be wild caught and will have a rough time dealing with their new environment so it's always good to research on how to help them adapt and survive in our homes as pets. Also the shop does have a sign of no guarantees on pets lifespan, and no refunds but it is advised to the customers before hand. So if you do buy a pet and it passes don't blame the staff nor their tips on animals nor yourself it's always a risk to run but worth it when it comes to getting a new pet. Be mindful to the pets, and staff. Overall this place has always been great to me and my pets and whenever I'm looking for a specific pet they will go out of their way to help me find one and get one. I always refer people here because I know they will get 100% experience. 🙂 10/10 do recommend

I come to EP Exotics frequently for feeders, and for their selection of tarantulas! All the workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a bad visit! Even got my Goliath Bird Eater Tarantula there! Love going to EP Exotics. I've attached some of the tarantulas and pac-man frogs that I have bought from this shop. And a couple cool looking snakes they had:)
