I got my first ball python a week ago. Throughout that week ive been stressing with 3 pages of concerns and questions I had on how to take care of it, because todays Noodle's first feeding day!!! They were incredibly busy, but Amber helped me over at the Lima road location. She was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable, and left me feeling incredibly confident in my abilities to be able to take care of my dream pet!!! And i had literally a notebook of questions too, and she was incredibly patient and helpful making sure i understand everything. Best customer service, especially during an busy time! Thank you so much Amber! I really appreciate it!!!

Quick back story, had an aquarium 10yrs ago that failed (sprung a leak) all fished died and now I get anxiety if I hear running water. Got sick and disabled, no longer can work, had bought a 65gal bow tank while on short term disability, in end stage kidney failure so now fully disabled and little to no energy. But I recently decided to set my tank back up. First of wow prices on fish have gone up since I've last checked on them! So I priced around, petsmart, petco, pet warehouse, and uncle bills. Pet warehouse had THE BEST AND CLEANEST selection. Stopped in talked with a taller blonde lady very helpful, forgot my wallet so couldn't buy anything 🤦‍♂️, got my wallet came back an hour before the closed, I had only planned on picking up 2 fish (I swear that was my intention lol) a shorter lady with dark hair helped me and she was absolutely fantastic! Talking with her I ended up getting many more fish and about 90% done with stocking the aquarium, they only had one or two of the I wanted so I'll have to wait tell they get their shipment in. But all in all excellent service! Will definitely be back, for all my aquarium needs! Thanks again for all the help.

Don't waste your money buying fish from pet warehouse they are dishonest and very unprofessional and there help is very rude and unqualified there fish are sick and die a day later and don't offer too replace the fish..I paid 55$ for a kio goldfish and he came with white spots and was dead a day later and I called pet warehouse and asked them what they could do about it and they said they couldn't do anything and didn't even offer too replace the fish .. I was lied too they originally said they guarantee all there fish and when it came down too it THAT WAS ALL A LIE

Best pet store in town. I can always tell how much the employees care about the animals and fish. They are always super knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. We frequently shop here for our aquariums. All fish have come home healthy and live plants thrive and have not carried in any type of unwanted guests.

This is our go to place for our saltwater needs. The guys that run the saltwater area are very knowledgeable too. Have gotten a lot of great fish and coral from them. And like I said very knowledgeable. No question is a dumb question they want to help you keep your stuff alive and thriving. And they're honest. Like they don't try to push all of the products there at the store. I think that's why we go back every time. They know what works and sometimes their store cant or won't carry certain products. But they have beautiful fish and coral. And they actually care about their tanks. And for families it's not just fish. They get in cats and dogs sometimes, they have a reptile room, and a bird and rodent room which you'll find sometimes a sugar baby, or rabbits, kittens, rats, gerbils, etc.
