Pet Supplies Plus Littleton

This is my go to store for supplies and grooming. They are always friendly and happy to help. My dogs love them.

Pet Supplies Plus is no where near my home, but I drive there because they are locally owned, and they give a more personal service. They always offer to take my purchases to my car, and they also offer frequent coupon discounts that help with the expense of having 9 pets in our house.

Rude clerk who was on cell phone at counter , when I asked if they had a certain product, he looked at me like I was stupid and abruptly said “nope never heard of it” then looked back at his phone. Definitely left pissed off. Avoiding this location now. Date of encounter Monday December 29th around 5:45 pm. Also when I bought a couple other things for my dog , he didn’t even make eye contact or wasn’t polite at all when checking me out, seemed like he wanted me to just get out of his face to he could sit back on the counter and look at his phone.

Once again, Nate did a FABULOUS JOB grooming my Izzy!! She looks beautiful. He's so calm, kind, and efficient. She never seems to be stressed out after her grooming experience. Thank-you, Nate!!

I love bringing my dog, El Jefe, here for his “sniffabouts.” It’s his little shopping trip where he gets to wander, explore, and just enjoy himself. Today, I happened to meet the groomer, Emma, and I can’t say enough good things about her. El Jefe has had a tough time over the last two years after some bad experiences at both the vet and a groomer, which really changed his behavior and made him very anxious. I explained this to Emma, and she was nothing but kind, patient, and gentle with him. She took the time to make him feel safe, and you can really tell she truly loves dogs and cares about their comfort. I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful for how she handled him.. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for a groomer who genuinely puts your pet’s well-being first. Thank you, Emma, for helping my pup feel understood and cared for!
