I recently moved back to my home country and getting my dogs through the international travel process was a real concern given the short timespan I had. Pablo River Veterinary delivered an OUTSTANDING service from start to finish. They helped me get both of my dogs approved for international travel to Brazil and made a complicated process feel easy. They explained every step clearly, made sure nothing was missed, and were genuinely proactive—especially checking and monitoring whether the Department of Agriculture was operating during the government shutdown and planning around it so there were no surprises. They also didn’t nickel-and-dime me or recommend unnecessary charges. The whole team was professional, thoughtful, and thorough and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more flawless experience. Definitely recommend!!

Today I had to receive not good news regarding my cat. I had to make a hard decision to let go of my cat of almost 14 years. Dr Gennette and her team were the most sensitive and compassionate as I had to make this decision. I truly appreciate all of you!!

I went to this vet because of the excellent rating and can only add to it. Brought my dog the first time and nurses, doctor and assistants were all just hands down awesome. Brought my mom’s cat the second time and I’ve never seen anyone in the veterinary field be so patient and gentle with a cat. Absolutely in awe. Very open and upfront with pricing every time. Pricing is competitive as well. Worth the 20 minute drive.

I have been so impressed with Pablo River! I originally visited them because my Pomeranian was very sick and needed to be seen that day and my then-vet wasn't available. They did such a wonderful job helping us through a hospitalization and the home care afterward. Both doctors have been so kind and helpful. The front desk staff and the techs are also really sweet. I've never had a vet that was so invested in my dogs' wellbeing. The follow-up to appointments is very thorough, and they genuinely want to make sure your dog is doing better. I also think their pricing is really reasonable and they don't overprescribe procedures and medications like some places do. Highly recommend them!

Woke up to a sick cat this morning. I needed a new vet and they were very close. Not only did they see him right away, they did a very thorough workup, spent time with him, explained everything clearly and the prices were spot on. They are our new vets and we couldn't be happier. Great job by everyone and the facility is nice as well.
