I do not recommend this place. Whenever I come in looking for products for my dachshund, they tell me they don't have them—claiming they will order them—but when I return, they give me the exact same excuse all over again. I’ve been waiting two weeks for Royal Canin food for dachshunds and a filter for small fish tanks, yet they are never able to fulfill my needs. I kept coming back week after week—optimistically, mind you—because the response was always the same: "We'll have it soon." But it never materialized. The staff is slow and unfriendly.

Went in today with my wife to purchase fish and The Lady Kassidy was nothing short of RUDE & UNHELPFUL at checkout,she checked us out with a NASTY ATTITUDE then walked off to get the other employees because my wife number didn’t instantly show in the system which was the guy employee he was pretty cool & very helpful BUT WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE DUE TO HER RUDE NASTY ATTITUDE

Leaving a 5 star review because of excellent customer service. A young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable on all the animals and seemed like she genuinely loved them all. I asked for her name but I’m already having trouble remembering. I want to say it was Ley? She was working at 1:30pm today, just want to give a shoutout for the positive experience she provided!

Diana was extremely helpful and kind! She helped me find all the products I needed for my corgi and even made suggestions for better alternatives. Amazing customer service ❤️
