(from Google)The bathrooms are always locked what's the point. I've seen too many people just meet here to fight than anything else.
Great place to hike. There are many shorter trails but putting them all together can easily give you a 5 mile hike. Much of the hike is along the Buffalo Creek and is beautiful. FYI- some trails are shared with horses, so please be sure to give them the right-of-way when you see them.
Nicely laid out park. I only brought my dog there to walk her on May 10th. The bathrooms were not open, and the leaves look like they've been neglected for at least one fall season, but it was still nice. Baseball field appeard to be groomed and trash cans were empty near rhe pavillions. Decent park.
Nice play area and great for a picnic. Fire ants were a pain tho
This is a nice, quiet park! It has a playground, a set of swings, several picnic shelters and a baseball field. The bathrooms were not open when we went, but they do have them. This is a great spot to watch trains go by, since the train tracks are right across the street!
