I went into Petco to have my water in my fish tank assessed. Mike was sent to help me in aquatics, he was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly. I purchased more fish for our tank after checked my water's ph. Thanks so much! I wish you had more employees like this!

My dog Gibbons is a bit of a wiggle worm and not an easy dog to groom. Your wonderful groomers have been able to successfully give him great haircuts and I could not be more thankful. Got exactly what I needed, pee-pads for my dogs post-op recovery. First staff member I spoke with directed me quickly. I do like Petco’s brick& mortar concept, and would assume they are reacting to the e-commerce transition, so can’t always find my dogs treats in store. But I think based on recent promotions, they are adapting, and I look forward to their continued presence in my neighborhood.

The company policy says they price match petco online but the male cashier on 10/7 was dismissive and said he wouldn't do it. I order the same stuff on petco online for $30 cheaper 🤦‍♂️ Train your employees better. Customer service used to be good but has gone downhill
