Foxtail Coffee Co. & Kelly's Ice Cream - Odessa

I’m honestly really disappointed, I’ve never tried Foxtel beforeI heard it was Super good and we drove almost 35 minutes just to have coffee. The experience out the door was not pleasant, Customer service was not very helpful. Even though I tipped five dollars and my total for just two coffees and a breakfast sandwich was over 30 bucks. You can’t even ask questions without making people feel annoyed. Overall, not a very good experience the coffee was very bitter, And it was made literally in two seconds it was almost as if nobody even tried. The breakfast sandwich also was very greasy, And just kind of thrown together when I opened my box, The cheese was spread out on the cardboard at the bottom. Just really sucks I really wanted to like it.

Buying coffee out is one of my little monthly treats, and I always find myself coming back to Foxtail every single time! Their flavors are unique, and the baristas always give great recommendations. I’ve tried drinks I normally wouldn’t order and ended up really liking them. I also love that each location has its own specialty beverages, it makes every visit feel a little different and more fun. This time around I got a Dirty Banana Bread Chai Latte with a Loaded Hashbrown & Sausage Sausage sandwich (which I highly recommend!!) The atmosphere is cozy, and the decor is super cute. It’s the kind of place you actually want to sit and stay for a while. Definitely one of my go to spots!

Great coffee shop! They have a perfect amount of options without being overwhelming. The pastries are fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in. Lex provided exceptional service and went over options to accommodate our indecisiveness, haha! We'll definitely be back!

Really nice coffee shop. Great coffee and breakfast options. Even though it requires a little more to effort to get into the parking lot and find it- make the effort. Great coffee and beautiful wood accented interior. Give it a chance you'll thank me.

We had a great experience and enjoyed our first visit. This coffee shop, being local and new to the area, we wanted to try it for a while. The coffee was good, not bitter. Most importantly, I want to comment on the staff and Foxtail team. Everyone wanted to be there (even on the weekend). Employees and the manager genuinely care about the place and customers, and it’s very apparent. The culture is lighthearted and joyous, which permeates the energy of the room. I see some of the earlier reviews commented on some of the early challenges of a new business (employee training and consistency of quality). We didn’t experience any of these. I wish this business well and am looking forward to becoming a regular customer.
