Pet Supermarket

We just purchased a bearded dragon in that store. Torine (sorry if I misspelled) helped us. He is extremely knowledgeable about bearded dragons and helped us to make the best choice. We will be back to this location for the food and all supplies. Thank you so much 🙏

Buy 3 get 1 advertised and in small print says only for VIPs, instead of saying that at checkout when I said no to phone number and then charged me full price wouldn’t honor. Really bad customer service and lost a local client.

There is no point in telling the truth in these reviews if you all are just Going to erase the most informative and truthful of them. Again the lady cashier has a real problem. I wrote my review Explaining in detail my experiences at this particular store and less than a week later my response is no longer found. A waste of time.

I got my sweet boy from here! I’ve had him for almost 2 months now and he’s the light of my life. They helped me find all the right products for him (cage, food, bedding etc)… even though he ended up being free roam because he’s so well behaved! They also price match here which is awesome.

We purchased a large bag of Nutro Essentials on August 20, 2019. Less than 1 moth later it has started to mold. We have it stored inside, in an airtight container. Our dog was sick for several days last week and we had to take her to the vet this past Monday morning. It is a 30 pound bag and there is still 25 pounds left. We called the store as we still have the receipt and wanted to make sure we could return it. My girlfriend is the one who first spoke with "Sara" . My girlfriends English is not perfect. Sara took full advantage of that fact and direct my girlfriend to call Nutro and let them deal with it and ended the conversation. I called back to verify that she would not accept the return, she directed me to call corporate in Sunrise. She said that my girlfriend told her that we have little of the food left which she never said. Sara may have misunderstood her. Again, we have 25 of the 30 pounds left. She told us that she doesn't have any proof of how we stored our food. I told her I would bring the 25 pounds back in the container it's in so she can see for herself. See attached pics. We have to purchase new food tonight and it would have been great to go there and take care of it in one shot. For sure we will not be going back to this Pet Supermarket ever. Be careful shopping here! The food may mold, your animal could get sick and then have to deal with the manufacture as the retailer is not taking ANY responsibility.
