Was very pleased with this place. First time in, the guy explained the doggie wash. It was well kept. Came with a blow dryer, different types of shampoo, towel, treats and fragrant sprays. All for a great price! In addition, everyone was kind and ready to help. I will be back! Thank you!

We purchased our first fish tank yesterday and had such a great experience! Scarlett was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through everything we needed, and made sure we felt confident getting started. She was also great with our kids too. As first-time fish owners, we really appreciated her patience and knowledge.

Great experience at this location. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy, and they were knowledgeable when I had questions. They had everything I needed in stock, and checkout was quick and smooth. You can tell this place is well run. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Wow! What can I say other than omg thank you so much from every bit of this local dog groomers heart! My dog grooming restraint was broken by a very large dog the week if Christmas & for a dog groomer witbout a back up that is the absolute worst nightmare! I called so many stores in a frantic asking to borrow or buy one in a hurry to complete my work while I waited for my online order to show up & was even told by other local grooming facilities that they had one, but they weren't going to help me.. MITCH answered the call & saved my life & CHRISTMAS when he said absolutely anything to help a fellow animal person out 🫶❤️🐾 thank you Mitch & Pet Supplies Pluss North Woodlands for helping me make it through the holidays 🙏❤️🐾 You really have no idea how much y'all helped! Shout out to this location for having such compassionate employees. I picked up a stray dog on my way to work last week. I stopped at this location on my way to get the dog checked for a chip to give him a bath and to make sure he didn’t have any fleas or ticks incase I ended up having to bring him home with me. I walked in and was immediately able to give this fella a bath in their facility. The girl at the register was super kind when we walked in. When she asked the dogs name I told her I didn’t really know and told her the story of how I happen to acquire him. After the bath I went to go pay and she just said “It’s on us today just take care of him”.🥰 I wish I knew her name but thank you to this location for helping us out. I’m still trying to find this this fellas owner but at least he is clean and healthy.
