(from Google)The veterinarian is great and caring, but there's such a demand for her services, and patients are not allowed inside the office. This means there is a very probably long wait either in your car or outside till you are called to come inside. You need to be prepared with essential for your pet.
Please avoid this place at all costs. We try and take care of the strays around the neighborhood get them spayed/neutered, rabbies vax etc. We brought a cat in that had a prolapse they fixed the prolapse for $750 and took her stitches out in under 48 hours. The prolapse failed.... They wanted to charge for the procedure again even though they took the stitched out too soon. I asked why the stitches were taken out in under 48 hours and we were told that 3 days was the max that the stitches could be left in or it would cause issues with her ability to use the bathroom. Needless to say we ended up going to another Vet in Bayamon who redid the prolapse for $270, left the stitches in for 10 days and the cat is doing wonderfully. This place is rude to customers they have ZERO compassion for the animals. They only care about $$$. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Cant believe they gave troubled for buying my expesive dog food. 😫 I been buying it and no clinic have ask me for a RX. Had to call the dogs vet and make them send an RX by mss to get the food. Boomers!!!🙄
Very good service. They treat our pets with kindness and lots of love
As always the doctor and staff were very patient with me as I explained my pet's symptoms and my worries. They didn't make me feel like they were in a hurry to get to the next patient like in other vets where everyone is in a hurry and you only speak briefly with the vet and most of your visit is with the technician. Here you get to speak freely with the doctor. She was very thorough in her examination. I Always recommend her (Dr. Yolanda Sierra) and today I was reminded of why. She's a 100% approved 5-star vet.
