Petstop grooming salon

I was so happy to see Milo’s haircut. It was our first time trusting petstop to care for our yorkie.( 7 months old). The outcome was amazing to see they executed just as they said they will.. I will be back for his next grooming. Chris is a very sweet young lady who greeted us and cut Milo’s hair. Love, this Mom and Pop stores they care for our pets. Price is great and again wonderful and punctual. 5 Star all the way.

I brought my dog Nova in for a full service grooming and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was very pleasant, welcoming, and took the time to clearly explain all the services before getting started. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the quality of work was outstanding. Nova came back looking and feeling great. You can really tell they care about both the pets and their owners. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place! 🐾

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was extremely unprofessional. In the past, my dog was shaved bald without my consent instead of being properly de-matted. I still paid in full and was never disrespectful — something the owner himself acknowledged. I recently tried to give this business another chance for convenience. The appointment was booked knowing exactly who the dog belonged to. If they were unwilling to provide service due to prior feedback, they should have declined the appointment rather than wasting my time. Upon arrival, the owner immediately recommended shaving my dog bald again without even examining or brushing her, automatically assuming she was matted to the skin, which she is not. I calmly attempted to explain that she has been groomed elsewhere, even when matted, without issues. The situation then escalated. A groomer came out from the back yelling, cursing, and punching the counters. I was surrounded by multiple staff members yelling over me while I was trying to speak. My dog was visibly shaking. This behavior was unacceptable and concerning, especially in a business that handles animals. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable and would not recommend this groomer

Very professional and caring dog grooming salon. We will definitely keep coming back to this spot to have our Siberian Husky groomed (Leo). It was our first time visiting today, and it did not disappoint. I recommend this spot to anyone who needs a great groomer near by!!!!

We love the team here- I was a bit nervous bringing my long hair cats to a groomer, but after several visits and wonderful outcomes, I would recommend them to anyone. Our cats come back, clean, happy and very cute. The team was willing to work with us to modify their vanity cuts so that they stayed a little more clean between grooming appointments as well, which we really appreciate. We hope to be customers here for a very long time, and hope that this review will encourage you to try them as well. :)
