BHVH has been nothing short of amazing in caring for my rescue pup, Java. During his first year of life, they patiently answered all of my anxious new dog mom questions and made sure he was healthy. Dr. Chan is not only wonderful with him, but somehow always manages to fit us in when we need an appointment most — even in a pinch. A very special shout-out to Sofia, our incredible vet tech, whose warmth, skill, and genuine care make every visit better. Great care and wonderful staff! My dog is almost 7 y/o and has only been treated at BHVH since he was a puppy. BHVH has taken care of my dog’s common and not so common issues. My dog once swallowed a tennis ball whole. He also recently broke his toe. No matter the medical adventure with our dog, BHVH always provides fantastic costumer service and thorough medical care. They patiently explain procedures and medication. They also provide helpful recommendations re care. We moved neighborhoods and continue to choose a 40 minute Uber (each way), over bringing our dog to a different vet.

Dr. Thompson has been wonderful with our rescue dog Rupert. She's helped us assess his age, breed mix, keep up to date on his vaccinations and ongoing health advice for bumps, bruises and cuts as well as heart worms and tick prevention. She's the best of the best and helped many of my friends cats and dogs with a variety of issues including surgeries. The facilities are state of the art and staff are friendly and professional. They also have great recommendations for food, snacks, local grooming and everything pet health related. So happy to find this amazing team.

I'm so glad we chose the little white house with a red door as our vet! We just moved to the area and simultaneously got a new rescue puppy so we were in need of a solid vet. We booked the appointment before we even got him. Dr. Balsam was so good with our little guy and calmed us as new pet parents, answering any and all questions, even helped us clip his nails properly! Additionally, the front desk and vet desk staff are wonderful! I highly recommend BHVH!

I can not say enough good things about the BK Vet Hospital. They give absolutely wonderful veterinary services and support (& follow up as well). I always feel like my 2 pugs & myself are comprehensively taken care. I have been taking my 2 pugs (one of which is 17 years old!) to Dr. Thomson for 5 + years. Prior to them opening their cute red door on Cranberry St.even. This review is coming from a highly discerning, overly doting dog owner. Their offices are state of the art, and yet so quaint and personable as well. The vets & staff are caring, conscientious,& attentive to all my questions and concerns. The pet owners (including myself)can be quite a demanding lot. And the vets/staff at this clinic have not failed to live up to our expectations. They continually go the extra mile.
