Dr Collins and staff are wonderful and will treat your pet with gentle loving care. She has been our vet for years and Has a special relationship with the animals.

I just want to say that this is the most unprofessional veterinarian I have ever worked with. They misdiagnosed our dog in Heat saying that she had an allergy, Gave her an allergy shot that caused her to have liquid poop, when we called to see if they would make the situation right they told us the owner said not to deal with us that they would not be giving us a refund. They are so busy at this office, they don’t know what they’re doing, always late for their appointments, The place is so dirty, constantly overbooked. I can’t imagine how many animals have suffered because of their Unprofessionalism. I know there’s better options than Collins even though they’re cheap, you get what you pay for I guess, we will find another place to go.

I’ve worked with many vets over the years on my farm, and Dr. Ercoli and her team are truly exceptional. They were able to quickly get me in for an emergent situation, and Dr. Ercoli spent ample time with my pig, listening intently to his history and addressing all my concerns with thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate care—without an ounce of arrogance you often see in this field. The staff, especially the front desk, were warm, friendly, and helpful, and they made my 7 young children feel welcome during what could have been a stressful visit. The guidance and instructions were clear, kind, and practical, and the pricing was very reasonable. It’s obvious Dr. Ercoli and her team are in veterinary care for the right reasons. My long time vet moved out of state, so I have used others as needed. But now, I’ve found my new vet for the farm. It was just an all around positive experience and my animal was well taken care of.

Oh my god they are the best place. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Collins is awesome with the dogs. I can’t say enough about him. I’ve told all my neighbors and I know a majority of them started taking their dogs or cats to her.

Dr. Collins is the best vet ever!! I have had them in Virginia and Florida. She truly addresses every concern and tries to make your pet have a better life.And of course Marley is one of her noisiest patients and its not because he didn't get a good night's rest!!
