(from Google)Been here twice with my wife. Both times have been very pleasing. The owner John helped us both times. He was very helpful with helping us select the fish and coral for our reef tank. I would highly recommend them if your in the market for starting this hobby. Thanks again for all the help. See you guys soon.
So we have been in here 2 times since the beginning of this year and each time we dealt with the owner John and had an amazing experience. He was willing to talk to my husband and I and we are looking forward to building a great relationship with this store. Great deals in coral frags to start our reef tank and beautiful healthy fish that have done really well in our tank. When we get ready to start our larger tank we will definitely be comeing here. Very much recommend.
My husband has 180 gallon salt water tank that he takes so much pride in. We are extremely picky where we buy our fish and coral. We love bermuda. We buy all of our fish here and have never had a problem. All the fish are healthy and their tanks are clean. We even had a staff member show us their back room where they quarantine the fish and coral before setting them out to buy and those tanks are spotless too. Im so impressed with this company. We spend a lot of money on our tank and trust bermuda. Thank you guys so much!
We’ve been customers at Bermuda Triangle Aquatics for the past five years, relying on them for everything our aquarium needed, live rock, water, fish, supplements, you name it. Our tank ran flawlessly for years, a stable 36-gallon saltwater setup that we maintained meticulously with no issues whatsoever. That all changed when, after 2.5 years without adding any new fish or livestock, we decided to purchase one from their store. Not long after introducing it to our quarantined system, the new fish brought in Ich, contaminating the entire tank. We lost two healthy, long-term fish as a result. Nothing else had been added to the tank in over two years, so the source was unmistakably clear, this fish from Bermuda Triangle. I get it, diseases can slip through in this hobby sometimes, and we’re experienced enough to know the risks. But we reached out to the owner politely, asking if he’d consider even a small concession, just a few dollars off to help offset the cost of replacing the lost fish. We weren’t demanding free replacements or a full refund; just some goodwill gesture for loyal customers. After a lengthy phone call, he adamantly refused any kind of help or accountability. It was shocking, the owner is a piece of work, showing zero willingness to stand behind his sales. There are far better, more reputable options out there, like stores in Hixson or reliable online suppliers who actually care about customer satisfaction. Skip Bermuda Triangle for anything live; the risk of introducing diseased fish to your tank isn’t worth it. Weak ownership and poor service--1 star only because of our past purchases. Stay cautious.
I’ve been in the aquarium hobby for over 20 years, and I can honestly say this is the BEST fish store I have ever stepped foot in. Finding a shop that truly cares about the animals is rare, but this place is in a league of its own. The first thing I noticed was how immaculate the facility is. Whether you are looking at the freshwater or saltwater sections, the tanks are crystal clear and the livestock is incredibly healthy and active. As any veteran hobbyist knows, store cleanliness is the biggest indicator of how well the fish are treated, and this place is spotless. I had the chance to speak with the owner during my visit, and I was blown away by his expertise. It’s refreshing to talk to someone who isn't just trying to make a sale, but actually understands the science and care behind a thriving reef or planted tank. They have absolutely everything you need to start, maintain, or upgrade an aquarium, regardless of your experience level. I know it’s tempting to look at big-box retailers like PetSmart for lower prices, but you truly get what you pay for here. The value of starting with a healthy, quarantined animal and getting expert advice is priceless. I’ve officially found my new home base for all things aquatic—I won’t be shopping anywhere else from now on. 10/10 recommend!
