We (I) cannot say enough incredible things about the care our dog, Carly Jill, received. From the moment we walked in, the entire team treated her like family not just another patient. When she came in with a broken leg, emotions were high and the situation felt overwhelming, but their immediate response and calm confidence made all the difference. The veterinarian’s quick assessment and surgical expertise were nothing short of outstanding. You could tell right away that we were in the hands of someone highly skilled, experienced, and genuinely compassionate. They moved fast when it mattered most, and that decisiveness gave Carly Jill the best possible outcomes. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the people. Every staff member we interacted with showed kindness, patience, and a real connection with Carley. Brought my pup in for a CT scan to evaluate before a needed surgery later the following week, I explained she wasn’t doing well and wouldnt stand up and they immediately were called to action. The staff responded instantly helped carry my 60lb girl into the facility. They told me my options and reality of situation and I elected surgery that moment. Long story short they successfully removed the tumor and gave me constant updates on recovery. Took great care of her. I couldn’t feel more lucky to have had that staff, and surgeons for her care. They were all coming in during an ice storm while the rest of folks stayed home! I cannot express my gratitude Enough! You are in the best possible hands with the crew in grapevine! Additional care fact - I know they see so many sick pets but when I came back the staff crew remembered me 5 days later and stopped in to check in. ❤️🫶

Dr. Rebecca Csomos is amazing!! Our Mini Aussie is our baby we adore her!! Dr. Csomos spent time with us made sure that we understood everything Dr. Csomos didn't push surgery & gave us alternate options. We wish that she could be our Dr. What an amazing experience!

Reign is 9 years old and every vet we would take her to since we had her at 2 had told us that she was an impossible spay or highly not recommended to be spayed as she might not survive the surgery or post op. After years of UTIs, unknown infections around her heat cycle, our vet mentioned DVSC. It was pricier than a typical spay but Reign was a special case from other brachycephalic dogs bc of her enlarged tongue that added a little more difficulty for anesthesia. We also went ahead and got her BOAS done during her spay as well. After the consult with Dr. Tichenor, she gave me a thorough breakdown of the procedures, approximate cost and her recommendations and the risks to expect. I felt really confident in Dr. Tichenor’s abilities and now Reign is doing amazing. She’s able to breathe better and she moves so much better without the enlarged uterus affecting her gait. She seems years younger. Thank you to Dr. Tichenor and her team for taking such great care of my old girl!

This place took very good care of our girl who needed a delicate and complicated surgery on her rear. Dr. Tichenor was amazing to us throughout the process. She and her staff here are professional and caring. I feel very lucky that we got referred to them. My senior dog is getting to comfortabliy enjoy her remaining years thanks to DVSC in Fort Worth.
