Great staff, great pet care, some technical hiccups need to be worked out on business side.
The doctors & staff are super attentive,caregivers & so loving with our services dog ,-(our child)-our pet. I have noticed they are like this with all the persons with there mascots.GOD BLESS THEM ALL
I used to be very happy with them, but in the last three visits information has not been consistent, basic things like taking your dog’s weight during a wellness check is not done, They’re not great if your dog is uncomfortable at the vet, instead of being empathetic and trying to set up the dog for success, they make comments that he is a difficult dog to check. You have to continuously ask them to update their records because they keep on sending you information that’s incorrect for your dog. Just overall a very disappointing and last visit.
