I recently took my schnauzer to Benos Dog Grooming and had a concerning experience. When I picked up my dog, the groomer mentioned that my pet had been very anxious and stressed during the bathing and blow-drying process. He assured me that he did not hit my dog but pointed out that the eye vessel appeared swollen due to stress. The groomer told me that he had already applied eye drops to my dog to address the swelling and assured me that my dog would be fine within a couple of days. He even specifically advised me not to take my dog to a veterinarian, and instead said that if the swelling didn’t improve, I should bring my dog back to him. Honestly, am I supposed to trust him after all this? Despite these reassurances, the groomer showed me a video of my dog looking calm while being groomed but did not provide any footage showing the moments when my dog was supposedly stressed. What worries me most is that if my dog was truly that anxious and stressed, the groomer should have stopped and called me to pick him up instead of continuing with the grooming. This would have prevented any risk to my dog’s health. Unfortunately, I cannot be completely certain about what happened, but my instinct tells me that my dog may have been harmed, as evidenced by the bruising and swelling around his eye. I advise other pet owners to be cautious and vigilant if you are considering taking your furry companions to Benos Dog Grooming. Your pet’s safety and well-being should always be the top priority.

Wonderful service. Excellent value for the price. I was new to the area and they made room for my service dogs. I am eternally grateful.

If you love your dog DON’T TAKE IT HERE!!! All what they care about is money, they dont love or protect our buddies.. I took my princess for grooming and look at what they did. It was unforgivable. They gave me back my princess with her eye severely injured … she lost her sight😢 everyday i see her still in pain.. Please dont ignore me

My dog needed to be groomed and after a horrible experience at Petco i found Benos. I went for the first time and he scheduled me in the next day which was awesome. When I went inside I was greeted quickly and the staff was super friendly. He actually listened to my requests and I knew my dog would be in good hands. He was gentle with my dog and told me it would be a few hours. When I came back my dog was wagging his tail and looked so adorable. The work was really clean and even. They definitely didn't miss a spot. I can't thank them enough. Will definitely come back here to get my dog groomed !! Thank you so much guys. Here is his before and after..
