(from Google)I took my Golden Retriever for a full grooming. It wasn’t her first time. Because she can get nervous, my veterinarian had prescribed medication to help with the situation. Initially, they told me the cost would be $100. When I went to pick her up, they charged me $71 instead, saying she didn’t allow them to trim her chest and legs. I wasn’t happy, but I still left a tip. When I got home, I realized they didn’t do anything to her tail, and they didn’t trim her nails either. She is not aggressive at all, so this was very frustrating. On top of that, no one told me anything about these issues when I picked her up.took my Golden Retriever for a full grooming. I DON'T RECOMMEND that place.
such a great experience shopping at this location! they had such cute easter decorations an easter egg hunt, goody bags, coloring pages with everyone wearing their adorable bunny ears too! we were greeted warmly and happily assisted in getting some fish and crickets for our frogs to enjoy 🐰🩷 thank you so much!
I’m feeling very disappointed and upset about what happened. On Valentine’s Day, I went to the store to add to my fish tank, which I’ve maintained for about three years. I purchased five fish and a frog and introduced them into my existing tank. Today, I came home to find that about 75% of my tank and all of the new fish had died. After looking more closely, it became clear that the fish I purchased had ick. When I returned to the store, they refunded the fish, which I appreciate. I also asked an employee if I could receive medication since the issue stemmed from the fish being sold while sick. She initially said yes, but the manager later informed me that they could not provide the medication. I ended up purchasing the treatment myself because I still have some fish that are alive and have ick. What concerns me most is that when I asked an employee what the fish were being treated for, she told me they were being treated for ick. However, the manager stated that she had checked the tanks and that everything looked fine. That they treat the tanks daily. When I showed a photo of my tank, including a surviving fish and my deceased betta, the employee acknowledged that it was ick. My tank was FINE before this. These fish were part of a tank I’ve cared for over the past three years, so this loss has been very discouraging. I hope the store takes a closer look at their procedures to prevent this from happening to others. They should have comped the medicine knowing where my tanks issue came from. I went today around 5:20-5:40 ish
We had an amazing experience at PetSmart today! Our groomer did a fantastic job with our Golden Retriever, Godric. He came out looking absolutely perfect. She really listened to all of my instructions and asked thoughtful, engaging questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was clear she truly cared about doing a great job and about Godric’s comfort. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back! Our groomer was Kaitlin!
