Both of our cats were spayed here and got all their shots. Their clinic for checkups and referrals for bigger issues. They really care about the animals. They come into this clinic and they try their best to help you with the well-being of your animal cats or dogs and their safety while waiting in the waiting room. Crystal is really great at helping you financially look at all the different options and payments. It's really great that the humane society has a clinic off-site as well as doing the spay and neutering at the humane society off Queen City parkway. This clinic is off St. Paul Street in Burlington. Super compassionate and patient team who truly practice positive-reinforcement and fear-free care. Every visit is a positive experience for my dog Riley. He absolutely loves coming here from the moment I say, “We’re going to the vet!” Each appointment gets easier for him, and it’s clear he feels safe and happy. It’s honestly one of his favorite places to go, right up there with the treat store!

Just saw Dr. Poulsen today and can’t even put into words how compassionate and thoughtful her approach was. I had been up all night with my sick cat and she was incredibly kind and thorough during his visit. I’m a nervous cat mom so it really meant the world. Cannot recommend/thank her and the team enough!
