(from Google)I’m so happy I found them. I have brought 2 of my dogs in so far and have left feeling heard and helped. They are so accommodating, caring and reasonable. I recently had to put my oldest baby down. At such an emotional time, they were so kind, so patient. I’m forever grateful 💜🐾
Hands down the best vet I have ever been to. I was traveling through Amarillo, on my way home to California, and needed to get my dog Chloe checked out. She was accidently bitten during play time with another dog. I walked in on a busy Monday morning and was greeted by 2 very friendly ladies at the front desk. They asked me some questions and said I would be helped right away. About 15mins later I was pulled into the back and into a room and Megan Hardy came in and assessed Chloe and prescribed some medication and we were on our way. Megan Hardy was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, caring and personable. It was great talking to her and Chloe loved her. It was the greatest vet experience I've ever had. The prices were better than I have ever paid as well. Coming from San Diego vet practices can be hit or miss over here, absurdly long wait times, very expensive and not very personable or friendly. It was so refreshing to come here. I wish I could change my vet permantly here. Thank you Megan and team, you guys made me and Chloe feel great and cared about. I really appreciate you guys so much.
Everyone at the clinic is amazing! They took care of my baby (Thrall) when we found out he was sick. They worked with us and walked us through the process of his care even to the end. I can’t say enough great things about the clinic and their people. Thank you all! We appreciate you so much. Shout out to Dr. Drake! You’re amazing! -side note, the paw plan is worth it-
My 14yo JRT had a sudden onset of paralysis in rear legs that worsened over the span of 4 days to where she couldn't walk or stand on her own. We walked in early in two consecutive mornings when they opened. Every staff member, from the front desk, to technicians, to the vet were extremely kind and patient. They took the time to listen and give concern to what was going on. As a walk in on busy mornings, they were able to get us back to a room in a timely manner to see the vet. Both Dr Hardy and Dr McWhorter were amazing, taking the time to listen and give a good exam. They both acted like this was one of their pets in the concern and attention they gave. We came back the next day as instructed since my dog's symptoms had worsened. They were quick to give the appropriate treatment medications as well as advice on further imaging that might be required outside of town. Dr McWhorter even called a few days later to follow up on how my dog was doing. We returned a few more times for K light therapy treatments and my JRT improved over the next two weeks. Further imaging was not needed, and she is now acting like her normal spunkier self. I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness, patience and care they all provided to my dog. As a healthcare professional this is a challenging profession nowadays with the demand for quick and quality care, especially when it comes to our beloved pets. I would highly recommend this clinic and the staff to take great care of your pet. I can't thank them enough for helping my precious JRT.
