Amazing clinic! Tiffany was more than willing to answer any questions or address concerns we may have even if we felt like it was small and dumb. We felt it was a welcoming and comforting environment thanks to her especially. Clean facilities with amazing customer service to boot. Thank you again, Tiffany! You were the kindest person I’ve encountered while doing their job in a while

So sad to report such a negative change. I love Dr. Summer- she’s a gem. Her office staff- not so much. Wanting to adopt a rescue dog and the rescue called them to confirm my current pet history. Her office said they could not confirm heartworm, vaccination, or spay. I did have the vaccines done at a mobile clinic- but took that record in at my last visit. My pet had spay surgery done AT Violet vet. And I have a current RX box of heartworm medication also from.. Violet vet.. They need a new medical record system if they can’t even confirm major surgeries that they performed. Make sure you’re keeping your own records of anything done there!

Incompetent beyond belief. Had my pup scheduled to get neutered for 2 weeks. I dropped him off the day of, only to receive a call a few hours later that they can't proceed with the surgery because they noticed that their oxygen tanks were empty. They had 2 weeks to figure this out.. NOT TO MENTION, they shot him up with the anesthesia before checking the oxygen tanks!! So now I'm waiting for him to wake up. I had to get the day off work 2 weeks in advanced. So now I'm out a day of pay. If you don't want your time wasted and don't want your dog tossed around like a ragdoll, do not go here.

My dog was in a really bad dog fight and has multiple injuries. One is a gash on his neck that needs stitches. My husband told them and they had him complete paperwork and wait for the doctor just for him to look at it and say we close in 45 minutes so I am referring you to Oso. Sir! You could have said this from the beginning. We told you it is bad and needs stitches! My dog is in pain and needs help and you wasted crucial time!

Just moved into the area, and I'm grateful that this veterinarian clinic has helpful and compassionate staff. These ladies are very proficient. I made a call and told them my cats accident . Busy office, but they made it possible for her to be seen within hours she had x-rays done and was cared for right away . It can be scary for a pet that knows nothing outside of their family and home . The staff was gental and the office was quiet and peaceful and they even let you be with your pet so that they don't feel scared and abandoned. The veterinarian gentleman sure has the perfect pet clinic and perfect staff. Thank you all from Tita and Ree
