Dogtopia of Norwalk

I love dogtopia! I have been going to the Shelton location since they opened, and recently moved and have bringing my girl Ellie to the Norwalk location after finding out there was one near by! The staff was nothing but welcoming and gave me a tour the facility. I fell in love with the out door area immediately! Definitely bring your pup for daycare :) Oh, they also have suite boarding which is just awesome, and their groomer does fantastic work!

This place is the worst! I went there for grooming and boarding and they butchered my dogs fur and he came back coughing! Aren't places like this supposed to take care of dogs and make sure things like this doesn't happen and make sure all dogs are vaccinated?! There was only one person who was nice there and I don't remember his name, Hispanic fellow, but he was so sweet and showed pure affection and kindness towards my dog; everyone else was rude and acted like they were better than everyone else! I will never bring my poor baby there again! Such a terrible experience! I hope they get shut down!!!

I find that using the app is quick and easy to use. I get a response in a timely manner. Initially I got a tour which showed a clean and safe facility. My questions were clearly answered. Dropping off is a swift process and welcoming. In addition to day care I also use the spa for Mattie’s bath and nails. I am highly satisfying with Dogtopia. Hands down, Dogtopia is the best!

I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia! The staff are so caring and genuinely love every dog that comes through the door. My pup always leaves happy, tired, and well cared for. The webcams are a great bonus so I can check in during the day. Highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for safe, fun daycare and boarding!

Dogtopia is a great facility to bring your pet. They are reliable, caring and attentive to each dog’s needs. I love that Loki feels comfortable with the staff. It is important to us that Loki gets the best care and gets the most out of his experience each day. We love the weekly events for the dogs that allow them to enjoy their break outside or with a yummy snack. We are very happy with the experience we have had at Dogtopia Norwalk!
