Pasadena Pet Motel

We love this boarding facility and so did our pups. I called to board our two female shepherds over the Memorial Day weekend and they squeezed us in with short notice. They arrived a little damp and sandy and lm pretty sure they cleaned our girls up because at pick up they looked and smelled great. They also slept for the whole day when we got them which was a bonus. We were initially a little worried to board them because shepherds are very particular and not everyone can handle them but it’s evident when you enter the faculty they love them. The only downside to this place is it’s not close enough to us to utilize the day boarding. If we are in The area again we will definitely board them here again.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Pasadena Pet Motel. I’ve been bringing my dogs here since 2012, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. Knowing they’re here gives me complete peace of mind whenever I’m away. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the animals. I have a crazy little chihuahua who can be a little finicky at times, but the team here always knows exactly what to do if she’s having a moment while I’m gone. Their experience and calm approach make all the difference for us. It’s rare to find a place that is both so professional and so warm at the same time. If you’re looking for the best place in the area to care for your dogs, this is it.

I can only comment on the daycare services. We were here from out of town camping and needed a place for our 14 year old English Springer Spaniel so we could go shelling (no dogs on beaches!) They took great care of Beauregard. The communication was terrific too. I called, she totally understood our needs and was cool with him spending the day. He is a very calm well behaved boy with no behavioral issues. She did have him by himself 1st to make sure he'd be ok with others. And then he was allowed to play with a couple of other dogs. I recommend for daycare. I'm sure they are great with overnight boarding as well, but I can't comment from experience.

Coming from PA, we had a wonderful place for doggie daycare and boarding, but struggled to find one as good around St. Pete. However, after reading many great reviews about Pasadena pet motel we decided to give them a try. I am not sure who is happier, our pup because she now has a daycare spot or us that we feel very confident that she is being well taken care of whether it is for daycare or boarding. They are absolutely our go to place for our beloved pup in the future! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pasadena Pet Motel!!
