Carriage Hill Kennels

Recently left my dog here for 6 days during vacation. We picked him up and he began vomiting and having an uncontrollable bladder. He is also not eating. This is right after his annual vet visit where no issues were found. We emailed asking if he was eating or if there was an abnormalities during his stay and received a phone call right away. They said he was great and didn't even have any issues getting his nails cut which was surprising since he's a corgi and does not like his nails cut. We took him back to the vet and had him x-rayed and it was determined that this must be from anxiety, and inflammation in his stomach. The vet also said he did not have his nails cut, meaning we were lied to. What else are they hiding? Will never return, no communication during stay, lied to about the stay, and now dealing with health issues.

Excellent grooming every time! Love that they know how I want them cut and it’s consistent. I never have to worry when my dogs are with them!

The only place I trust for my dog’s grooming! They always listen to what you want, and the results are consistently great. The staff is professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. My dog actually loves going there. We bought our dog here three years ago and were immediately impressed by how kind they were and the fact that it’s a family-owned business. What really stood out to us was that our puppy was already trained to go outside. She refused to use potty pads indoors, always looking for grass instead, so we had no issues with house training from the very beginning. We’ve also used their boarding services for two weeks while on vacation. When we picked her up, she was happy, full of energy, and clearly well taken care of. We have never even considered switching to another place.❤️🐩

I took my dog Simba to carriage hill kennels for the half hour private swim. Simba had a blast! The pool is heated and very large. He enjoyed jumping off the side and retrieving the multiple toys they had available to use. The facilities are clean and well kept, with friendly staff. One tip I have, would be to pay cash or check for the services. The receptionist informed me that there is normally a $4 charge for credit/debit purchases. If you’re looking for a fun activity for you and your pup, definitely consider taking them for some pool time! They even blowdried Simba off at the end, which is appreciated because no one likes a wet dog in their car! Thank you carriage hill kennels, We will definitely be back!

Absolutely awesome experience. We allowed our dog to privately swim for 30 minutes. It was perfect. They even dried him off at the end which is great. Very nice pool. Extremely clean facility. Nice staff. Definitely coming back
