(from Google)Just off the phone with this place, more interested in a $70 deposit up front to make an appt than anything else. Then I read the reviews…hard pass on these guys. The cruel and uncaring review did it for me. Taking our boy Dillon anywhere else but here. Zero Stars here…had to give 1 star as this was the lowest possible option. Thank you for your response. Your young receptionist definitely needs additional training on how to handle new patients. Pls let her know that her demeanor and uncaring attitude lost a new client today. We just wanted to bring our 13 yr old guy in to discuss his medical issues and probable end of life planning. Read some great reviews and some not so great reviews but truthfully, we’d rather err on the side of caution with a one and done visit. All our best….JC and Marisol Jimenez
Our furry daughter loves this place! She was always excited to go in. Dr Weeks was the best, my dog loves him too. He spent time with her and us so we always feelt safe.
I don’t believe Dr. Weeks is aware of how poorly some of his staff speak about him. While I was waiting, I overheard one of the receptionists on the phone with a client saying that Dr. Weeks “doesn’t know what he’s doing” and even blaming him for giving a pet pneumonia. After hanging up, she continued speaking negatively about him to another receptionist. I had come in hoping to establish care for my pet, but after witnessing that, I will not be returning. The receptionist’s name, I believe, was Savannah. I truly feel bad for Dr. Weeks he deserves a staff that shows him respect rather than undermines him.
Vet was was dismissive and uncaring, vet assistant was downright cruel! Vet assistant told us medicines are all the same so if we tried one then give up and put our healthy 7 year old pet to sleep. Unbelievably bad experience with them, worse than the lies they told us and unhelpful advice that we were so clear we had already tried, they then had us waiting for MONTHS to hear from their behavioral specialist. Then they just ghosted us! Paying customers with no indication that they couldn't help, they just kept telling us that the vet is still talking with the behavior specialist and just wait to hear back. They strung us along when we could have been going somewhere else for help (thank God we did eventually get real help) and even if they had some unspoken issues with us they could have just refused service, then we could have gotten help sooner. Just to add clarity, we have a 7-yr old cat who has never (not even at the vet) hurt anyone. His behavior problem was peeing outside the litter box. They told us he's "mean" (that is a quote!!) and he should be 1. Locked in the smallest windowless room in my house until he does or 2. Put to sleep immediately Yep! We asked for medicine but they said NO. Just unreal poor medical service, I cannot comprehend the bad day someone is having that they tell a concerned pet owner this stuff!
November 13, 2019 , I had to make a very hard decisions on trying to keep my baby girl alive or to help her pass away and be out of pain. Everyone was very supportive. I'm a nurse so I knew her chances of recover were slim. I felt the staff helped me through one of the hardest mornings. Dr. Weeks and his assistant didn't rush me and stayed by my side until, I was ready. There was no pressure at all, only caring people.⁸
