Words cannot express how grateful I am for Michelle’s expertise, diligence, and kindness. My little pup, Cosmo, has been suffering from anxiety. Due to Michelle’s suggestions his stress has been greatly reduced, which in turn has reduced my stress. We are well on our way to living our best life together.

Michelle is very skilled and worked well with our aussiedoodle pup. He was both afraid and excited to play with bigger dogs. But since joining Michelles pack walks, he now enjoys playing with all size dogs and is better socialized. She gave us great recommendations for books, proper harnesses and motivated us to educate ourselves further on the psychology of dogs. Overall, I’m grateful to see our boy relaxed and jolly in the present of all dogs, as well as demonstrating good manners.

I can not begin to say enough positive things about The Pet Agency, Michelle and her staff! Her exercise and socialization sessions for dogs are the best and perhaps the only of this kind in town! Michelle picks of my dog, Bishop, 3 days a week for long walks by the river and fun play dates where he gets to hang out with his pack of friends in a safe, nonstressful enviornment. Michelle has been taking Bishop out on a regular basis for the past two years and my once puppy is now a well ballance, social and happy adult dog. Michelle and her associates in her pet care business have been wonderful caretakers for my dogs! It is hard to imagine a better group of "dog nannys" (my term). Michelle became my dog walker and doggie care giver a number of years ago when I needed a new helper for my multiple mastiff household. She was dog walker, groomer, and house sitter for a number of years and has more recently added several associates to her group as her time is increasingly taken up by dog training at which she is VERY skilled. Anne and Silvia have worked extensively with my dogs. Both of them are great! They are hard working, meticulous, utterly trustworthy and dependable. Both have great empathy for the dogs and are excellent observers as well. They have often pointed out issues that I had not yet noticed about one or another of the dogs. I could not ask for any better care for my dogs. I would give each of them my highest recommendation!

Michelle is very responsible and dependable, but the best part is that my dogs love her. They are always happy to go for a walk, dog play group or overnight stay with Michelle. And, they come back better behaved because of the positive training Michelle does with them. The Pet Agency offers a variety of services and we have been happy with all that we've tried.
