(from Google)Ken and crew are the best. He takes care of our 5 dogs regularly. He is very patient and returns our dogs all clean and looking sharp. Looking for a great dog grooming at a fair price - look no further.
Seems okay, I dropped my german shepherd mix dog off with them for the first time for a week. Once i got her back she seems to be starving for the past couple of days and more aggressive about the food i feed her. She’s also EXTREMELY thirsty. Im not sure how the feeding process goes but she looks skinny and seems ravenous. That’s my only concern.
I have had Ken & Karen help take care of my dogs for almost 15 years. I even brought my mom's cat to get "litter box trained". Very knowledgeable and compassionate team. Highly recommend grooming, training, boarding, and even for pet food supplies. Thanks for all you guys do!
Been using Ken for years with our schnauzers. He is awesome! My dogs LOVE him and he's so kind to them. Yes the place is dusty but that goes with the business of grooming & it's hard to keep employees in our country's current state - so lighten up on the dust comments folks. He also has a sick wife at home! Ken never disappoints and our dogs are happy every time we pick them up. Our dogs always look great and they're happy to see Ken.
I love the people at Paws Up. But this time I think there was a communication breakdown. I have 2 yorkies a Male an Female. The Male gets a short haircut and the female keeps long hair so she only gets "cleaned up" around her eyes and tummy and bottom with a nail an foot hair trim. It cost 40$ each. However when I got them back and didnt notice her "clean up" was not done. Although her nails were trimmed, The hair on her feet was untouched. Her hair bangs were not trimmed but was unnoticed because of the Bow they had in it with her hair pulled back. Her tear areas were also untouched. The Boy looked FABULOUS his hair cut is Awsome!!
