My experience at Fashionable Pets was Amazing!! I was greeted upon entry with smiles and kindness and immediately noticed how organized, neat, and clean the environment was. It smelled so clean and sanitized too. In addition, before we could see a puppy (which we fell in love with and ended up buying withing the hour), we were told to present Identification and to use hand sanitizer before handling her. That impressed me greatly!! I was very impressed with the staff there, and was treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and patience. This was displayed to customers as well. I noticed the tenderness, love and care each staff member gave each puppy, and saw the positive responses of the puppies as one of calm and happiness. I thank all the staff for the jobs and heavy responsibilities they are tasked with. It was very busy when I was there. Everyone is kind, professional and actually care not only for the puppies, but also care about the people and customers there. I was, (and still am) impressed by how things are run. I want to give a huge thanks and shout out to the following people: Keisha Natalia Andrea and Yoli Keep up the great work you do!! We love our HAVAPOO "PRADA" Thank you so much for everything!!

I was originally very weary of going through a pet store for a puppy but after not being able to locate a reliable and reputable breeder directly I stopped in to speak to who I think is the owner or manager of the store. She was really great and informative and let me know that buying a dog online is illegal in NJ and that this store has been in business for over 15 years and that a lot of the breeders I found online that disappeared the next day were scams. A few weeks later my husband and I visited the store and got to meet one of the puppies we looked at on their website. He is a miniature pinscher and he’s the sweetest most well behaved dog we’ve ever met and we brought him home that day. Unfortunately he did have kennel cough but the store fully reimbursed us for his treatment with their 14 viral warranty. We love our puppy so much and we’re so happy we went to fashionable Pets.

I had a wonderful experience adopting my puppy from Fashionable Pets. The owner was so friendly and sweet. She took the time to give me a detailed run through about my puppy’s information and healthcare. Also have to credit the staff, specifically Carol. She was sweet and communicated me through the process of locating his food and other necessities that would sure my puppies transition into a new home. I was very impressed overall with their facility and costumer service.

One star because I cannot post without a star. What kind of a decent place keeps puppies in harsh light on a bed of shredded paper? Apparently its legal to do so as per the very cagey and terse cashiers at the store. These puppies are here all the way from “reputable licensed” breeders in Indiana!!! That’s over a 12 hour drive to be displayed in shops to be purchased like all other impulse purchases. What kind of a reputable animal guardian is okay with this? I got stopped from taking a picture of the breeder’s information. Tells you everything you need to know. The store could’ve partnered with rescues to host adoption events but alas we’re still here supporting business goals and dollar signs vs actually being animal lovers. Oh and if you scoff at the oh here comes rescue vigilante - its exactly situations like these with impulse “shopping” of family i.e. pets that leads to all your purebred dogs in the shelter. We must do better as pet guardians and cull the demand tor such businesses. There’s a reason why states like New York and California have this practice banned.

On Oct 25th, we got our baby boy formerly known as Elliot and now lovingly named Nacho. However, we had been looking at poms since the summer. Every time we came to the store, Yoly and all of her staff were extremely friendly & accommodating, allowing us to play with any puppy and answering all our questions- even if it took us a few months to buy! Keisha’s supreme customer service especially stood out. She was easy to talk to, got to know us, and remembered the little details we mentioned about ourselves and our pet preferences. We really felt prioritized and well taken care of by her. All in all, coming to this pet store has been such a fun and welcoming experience for us. We are honestly so thrilled with the quality of our pet and are thankful to have a happy, healthy, and shockingly well behaved puppy from Fashionable Pets! Also, shout out to Natalie for getting to know us as well and for sharing her personal experiences about her own store bought Pom! There was also another young lady (Andrea?) who owns a chihuahua/pom mix that spoke to us a lot, was very kind, and shared helpful dog tips. You are all great! We look forward to continuing to build our connection with this store and can’t wait til Nacho is old enough for a return visit! Thanks so much you guys! :)
