Pet Haven Grooming

I had the most wonderful experience at Pet Haven Grooming! I contacted them after work, hoping for a last-minute appointment, and they were so kind and accommodating, they were able to fit my baby in right away. When we first arrived, my pup was shaking. She has always been terrified of grooming, so I was nervous too. As I walked up to pick her up, I noticed her amazing groomer, Maggie, finishing up her haircut. I couldn’t help myself, I stood by the door, I didn’t want to get my dog too excited (and maybe slightly creepy!) That’s when I saw my sweet girl smiling. I even captured a little video of her looking happy and relaxed. In that moment, I knew she wasn’t scared anymore, she felt loved, respected, and truly cared for. I wasn’t able to post the video, so I snapped a picture instead to share it. Maggie did exactly what I asked for and treated my dog with so much patience and kindness. The professionalism, care, and attention to detail were beyond amazing. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending Pet Haven Grooming to everyone I know! If I could give 100,000 stars, I would! 🫶🏻 It was more than just grooming, I believe it was a great experience for my dog. $$$ it was on the more expensive side, but I think I would take her again, her smiling is priceless

I recently had a baby, called and spoke to Annie and she was soo wonderful and helpful with fitting us in on the schedule same day so we can bring baby home to a clean doggo! My dog looked amazingg, the best grooming he’s ever had! I had asked for an additional step to brush his teeth as well and my dog’s teeth have never looked so clean. (even though I brush them too). Anyway I’m super thankful for the entire team! Their kindness and expertise in grooming is unmatched. We will definitely be back. Thank you, thank you!!

I have two large dogs — a Husky and an American Akita — and every single time I bring them here, they receive the best bath and haircut imaginable. The team is always in constant communication with me, which gives me so much peace of mind. They are incredibly kind, patient, and caring, and they even send me videos during the grooming process showing how the groomer talks and sings to my dogs to keep them calm and stress-free. That alone says everything about how much they truly care. For the price they charge, the quality of work they deliver is absolutely outstanding. This place goes above and beyond — not just professionally, but as human beings. The facility is always very clean, organized, and welcoming. I’m always in touch with Annie for appointments and scheduling, and she is truly amazing — so responsive, helpful, and sweet. Everything about this place is just excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely loves and respects animals.

My little Spike needed an urgent visit to the groomers, so I called Pet Haven and they were able to get him in the same day! Spike is a little Yorkie and has had some unpleasant experiences with this other groomer my grandpa used to take him to, so I was praying he’d enjoy having a different groomer this time around. Right when we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comforted by the staff! When I picked spike up, he seemed happy for once leaving the groomers! Not to mention he had the best cut he’s ever had and now looks adorableeee! While it was a bit more pricy than the old groomer we went to, you get what you pay for and I can confidently say Spike got quality service at Pet Haven. I called yesterday to book an appointment and they were able to fit them both in the next day! The staff is so nice and sweet and does an amazing job with my doodles! Doodles hair are harder to groom than other dog breeds and they did a phenomenal job! I will definitely be bringing my babies back! Look how cute they look! They also add a cute bow or tie.
