Kaleigh, shift supervisor, helped me so much when I had issues with a coupon. She encouraged me to shop around more and find an item that would work with the coupon. I did and an very happy with my purchases.

If you own a golden doodle or a long-haired breed, most definitely go to this location and ask for Megan. I've always had great experiences with Pet Supplies Plus groomers, and the Greece location is no exception. The last year has been very challenging for me healthwise, and my sweet 8-year-old Goldendoodle, Macaroni, became heavily matted as a result. I was embarrassed and expecting to pick up a "naked mole rat," but groomer Megan was an absolute angel. She got us in quickly and worked wonders. To my most pleasant surprise, Macaroni looked handsome and happy. Most importantly, she was able to save some of his coat. With the first snowfall already here, this extra consideration and extra time she invested was truly above and beyond. Megan treated him (and me) with so much understanding and care during a stressful time. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Megan! Your skill and compassion mean the world. Macaroni and I are so happy!!! Thank you again!

I LOVE this store! It is close to home, always clean, staff always very helpful & friendly. The only thing I would have to “complain” about is that I wished their prices were a bit more affordable. Even sometimes when I have a coupon or something is on sale, it can be pricy. My little girl does love when I come home wit a new treat or toy though! 🐾💕

Came in for an emergency litter run recently (you know how it is). Store was very clean and well organized. I got great customer service from May, who also helped me find some food. They have pretty reasonably priced store-brand cat food for anyone looking to save a bit. Overall it was a good, quick experience and the store layout is a bit more intuitive than Petco's too. 10/10 recommended.

Excellent customer service! The employees are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about providing the best nutrition and care for our precious fur babies. Assistant Manager Marta and Head Cashier Kyleigh went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. I was warmly welcomed when I entered the store and left feeling amazed by the level of service, the knowledge I gained, and the very reasonable prices. I truly look forward to returning! Thanks to all the helpful information I received, I feel confident that I’m giving my pets the very best nutrition for a long, healthy life. Thank you, girls—you were outstanding!
