My standard poodle was groomed here today. We’ve had our fair share of groomers. My girl is 5 and hands down this is the best haircut she’s ever had. They really know what they’re doing! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a standard poodle groomer

I came to It's Pawfect for the 1st time this past weekend to get our golden retriever a haircut and bath. We've always liked her hair cut a little shorter and they did an absolutely amazing job! Price was absolutely fair and worth what they did. This will be our go to spot from now on with our pup. Highly recommended!

We brought our Goldendoodle, Lulu, in for grooming today and It’s Pawfect did an excellent job! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The staff asked all the right questions to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted, and they made us feel completely comfortable. Lulu came back looking beautiful, clean, and happy. It’s clear they truly care about the pets they work with. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the overall experience. I'm so glad I'm able to bring one of my dogs here! We came here since it was recommended to us from the Conejo Animal Hospital. I have a highly reactive dog who is prone to biting. We were in desperate need of getting my dog cleaned but have been unable to successfully wash him since we recently adopted him from the shelter or was turned down from many places. I called beforehand telling out the situation, and the lady on the phone made the appointment. When I arrived, I met with the owner, who is understanding and knowledgeable on how to handle my dog. He seems very experienced (even more so than some vet techs we went to!!) and told several suggestions on how he'll work with us on our journey to get our dog more comfortable getting groomed while everyone is being safe and not bitten - very assuring! He overseas his team and assigned Lupe to handle my dog. In my case, my dog can't have anything near his face, or he'll react, so everywhere on his body is cleaned but his head. But just having my dog cleaned is an achievement in itself. I'm so glad they are able to work with us and accept my dog to get groomed! There is an extra handling fee because he is reactive, but I'm more than happy to pay the extra fee so that my dog doesn't smell like a barnyard! Thank you so much for your help!!

Here is a $130 spa service for each cat. And here's their pawfect job. See the photos....uneven cut and dirty face. Loose furs are everywhere on their bodies and outside the carrier. We did not expect a lion cut and was shocked to see their pawfect butchered job. This is our first experience and will be our last. We're glad that we didn'tchoose the mobile service. It will be way more expensive. I can do a much better job than these so-called professionals. Spoke with the manager and all he said was that he did not see the uneven cut and that they don't touch the face. Just a quick wipe.
