Our rescue Lani started training at 5 months old with a lot of fear, especially around men. After 3 weeks with Eternal K9, she is confident and obedient. She heels, stays in place for long periods, recalls, and handles distractions. She can now enjoy walks in town and stores without stress. The trainers were incredibly communicative, sending detailed updates about her crate training, socialization, leash manners, and progress with reactivity. We’re so grateful for the foundation they’ve built for her and plan to continue monthly sessions as she grows. We took her on an outing to South Haven and Saugatuck in Michigan and received multiple compliments on how well behaved she was.

We’ve been working with Molly and the EK9 team for several years now, and recently started going to their new training facility in Granger, which is much closer to our home (a huge bonus for us!). We absolutely adore all of the trainers at EK9. Each trainer has their own niche or specialty, and every one of them does an amazing job training pets (and their owners). Their passion for dogs is clear, whether they’re working with household pets, working dogs, protection dogs, comfort care dogs, or anything in between! We’ve personally seen many dogs they’ve trained excel in all of these areas. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and highly effective. Quinn, who manages the Granger shop, is also wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and is always very warm and cheerful. The new Granger facility is such a great addition to the area. It is clean, well-maintained, spacious, and fully stocked. The turf and training areas are large, allowing plenty of space between clients while still giving individualized attention during 1:1 sessions. They also carry a wide variety of dog food, supplements, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention, treats, raw food, toys, and leashes. They even have a section for cats! Both of our dogs have been trained by Molly and her staff, and they absolutely love seeing the trainers. We receive nonstop compliments whenever we’re out in public with them. People often comment on how well-behaved, obedient, and calm they are. Some have even said they’re the best-behaved dogs they’ve ever seen. Using e-collars as a training tool has been priceless for us. Our dogs have so much freedom because they have strong recall and can safely be off leash with no issues. They understand what’s expected of them, and whenever we pull out the e-collars, they know something fun is about to happen and get excited to put them on. There is so much love and care within those four walls, and you can feel it. The passion, heart, and dedication of the trainers and staff is apparent in everything they do.
