Beautiful, clean beach. Not too crowded. Very chill! It's a vacation every weekend in the summer.
Great beach especially during the weekdays! Very shallow water. I love living so close!
Very clean, beautiful beach. Lots of poles for volleyball nets. Especially note that the sand is great for beach volleyball. Very convenient to get to this beach, even if you do not live nearby: bus (Sheridan & Ardmore), subway (Red Line, Bryn Mawr). There are also bike parking lots in the immediate area. But I would like to point out that like other lake beaches, the net poles are removed when they decide the season is over 😒
Great beach overall with free entrance. The only bad things are that the water is dirty and the lifeguard don’t let you go too far in the water, The water never passed my chest. Also, the concessions are overpriced lol. The waves, the breeze, the wind are all amazing here. Living around this area is a huge advantage because you could easily walk into this beach and you take advantage of the cold breezy nights. Me and my friend had an amazing time here.
