PetSuites Great Oaks

I've been boarding my two dogs here for a few years now & my dogs absolutely love this place. They literally scream with excitement in the lobby! One of my dogs is dog reactive so the individual play option has been a life saver & they are always so patient and accommodating with him. Even though I live 25 minutes away I will always make the trip to board my dogs here.

Updated 2/2/26 Still the best! Updated 8/9/25 We have been bringing our Chewie here for almost three years for day care and have nothing but stellar things to say. Management and staff always know who he is and make a fuss over our very energetic boy. I feel confident leaving Chewie here for day play and happy that he is tired out when he comes home. Thank you everyone for taking good care of our boy. Chewie loves you. Updated October 7th. Rip and Chewie are always happy and ‘full of energy’ when they arrive at PetSuites. Chewie has energy when we leave, too🐶 My children are adults and my dogs are my babies now so I’m always glad to see the care and attention they receive. It can’t be an easy job with the noise and commotion inherent in pet care. But all involved are professional and helpful; I appreciate them. Thank you. Our family needed some extra help for September and after weighing the options, the PetSuites team came back to me with a terrific solution for helping our family and beloved dogs. We would recommend this place and its people to anyone and we want to thank the management here for going way above and beyond. Wow. Treat time🐶 Rip and Chewie love it here! With the hot summer, we’ve brought them almost every day so they could swim and play with others and also get in for plenty of air conditioning and water. Nice staff. Knowledgeable associates. Fair and accommodating treatment. Clean facility. A 5+ experience for our dogs and that’s good enough for me. Thanks

This was the last time i bring my dog to this place. They charge the same fee as the place I love and that other place doesn’t tell me they will charge $7 per requested photo. The other place texts a daily summary. I called to ask about the weekly picture and they didn’t know how he was. I clearly asked for him not to be placed with other dogs and texted I’d be there around 4pm. Explain to me why he was soaking wet when he was handed to me and she had the ovaries to tell me he was outside playing with water. He hates water. I asked if he had been placed with other dogs and she said she didn’t know. What does that woman know? Weather was in the 50s and you gave me back my dog soaking wet and asked if I wanted to briefly use a towel to dry him. He smelled like pee. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

PetSuites has the nicest people! They answer text messages, shift reservations, and send pics of my pup when I'm traveling. I trust them to take care of her. My doggo also loves going which is very important to me. She's my world. Highly recommend!

Honey has been going to daycare at Petsuites for almost a year now, and we have had the best experience with their doggy daycare! They take such good care of her and she loves everyone there. She pulls me out of the door in the morning when it’s time to go, and she stops to show each staff member a little love when I pick her up after work. I recently boarded her there as well and since she was so comfortable there already, it was a great experience! I definitely recommend Petsuites Great Oaks to anyone looking for pet care. It feels like one big , happy family!
