(from Google)Excellent groomers! Olivia always looks and smells so good after her spa day!
We love TT! I have been to several groomers in the area since moving to Ridgefield and will always come back to Tenacious Terrier. My little girl loves going! Ernie is a gem- very nice, always so accommodating with pick up times, and most importantly great with the pups. They do a great job with nails trims- my dog has black nails and I find that other places I have been never cut them short enough. Olive always looks like a superstar when she leaves TT!
Listen. I got a lot of hair. And my human is constantly using that terrifying sucking machine and complaining how it's my fault. Something about shedding, even though mom leaves sheddings in the shower every night and no one's complaining about her?! Anyways, I got an amazing cut and deshedding groom at T. Terrier. I may have convinced the wonderful owner to rename it Tenacious Retriever.. I will be back. All the humans say I look amazing and I've gotten 3x the attention and treats since my grooming!
I am very happy, and so is Piper. Piper isn't an easy dog to get along with, but she likes Ernie. He does a nice job. We are satisfied customers.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would as they failed to disclose they had cut my dog on her chest where her collar happens to cover and ripped her nail, which caused her to bleed. It was not until I got in the car and saw the blood all over the back seat that I realized what had happened. I included pictures below of the cut, nail ripped, and before I brought her into tenacious terrier. I called the shop on my way back, and after the 10th time, they picked up, and I spoke to the groomer, Tiffany, who denied she had cut my dog, requesting an explanation and refund. When I got there, she gave me the tip I had given her before realizing that had happened, but not the refund. I showed Tiffany the pictures, and she still tried to deny what had happened. I couldn’t believe it. At this point, I had to get out of there and focus on my dog. I understand mistakes happen but failing to disclose and deny cutting someone's pet is a big problem. It's paramount that the owners be informed at the time or before collecting their pet. Please do not take your dog to Tiffany as she is an inexperienced and did not take any accountability for what she did. Update, 6/15 - I spoke to the owner, who is on vacation, and we agreed on a refund which I picked up today. Tiffany was confused and still did not take accountability. Too bad he left his business in horrible hands.
