Poor customer service. The employee at the desk couldn't bother to get up or look up when she said hello. We were looking at fish, a female employee finally walked over only to tell us the tanks without lights means they can't be sold. I asked her if they had dwarf plecos, she replied I wanna say yes, but we don't have any right now and proceeded to walk off somewhere, she didn't bother to ask if we needed help. We decided to just leave without buying anything. Will not shop at this location again

I was looking for more reasonably priced dog food to donate to Colorado Pet Pantry. Everything i could find was high end expensive brands that my dollar would not buy much for families in need. I wish you had a broader selection of pricing.

Petco can be an okay place to buy fish tanks and basic accessories when there are big discounts, but in my experience the livestock quality is very poor and has repeatedly put my aquariums at risk. I have seen sick or stressed fish in the tanks, and almost every purchase came with pest snails that later damaged my setups. Because of this, I strongly recommend buying live fish and plants from a dedicated, specialist aquarium store instead of Petco. In a good local fish store you usually get healthier fish, better system maintenance, and professional, honest advice that actually helps you keep a stable, long‑term habitat. If you still choose to buy from Petco, treat it only as a place for discounted hardware and always quarantine any fish or plants before adding them to your main tank.[3][8] But for anyone who cares about fish health and a reliable, problem‑free aquarium, a specialized fish shop is the much better option.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful! Recently, one of the managers helped us find the perfect harness for our dog. It changed our lives, and walking him is now a breeze!

The cashier Angelica who goes by Angel, was so rude to us during our visit at petco this evening. I was so turned off by the poor customer service that I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and will also be spreading by word of mouth my experience. She needs to have customer service training.
