I left my little Mila for a week at Preppy Pets, I sure did miss her , but the team was great! Constant communication, even via WhatsApp, since I was out of the USA. You can tell they really do love your pets. I normally take her for daycare and she comes back exhausted from playing all day. This was my first time boarding her here and I would certainly do it again. She looks very happy, well fed, taken care of… and they even gave her a bath, she smells lovely and her coat is so soft. Thank you to the entire team at Preppy Pets Naples for taking such great care of my fur baby!

Preppy Pet, Mary and staff did an amazing job with a very very difficult situation. Our pup is a rescued and we avoid boarding him since he has a trauma from being abandoned at the shelter. Due to an emergency, we had to board Bailey last minute for Xmas holidays. First few days were really difficult, my pup wouldn’t eat, drink or move he was completely shut down. They maintained open communication, tried their best to accommodate him and gave him specialized care and attention. I am grateful for everything they did to try to make Bailey feel loved and welcomed even though he was in shock and uncomfortable. We had an international trip for holidays with family and at some point we thought we were going to have to cancel but persistence paid off and at least Bailey was able to eat, drink water and go potty. Thank you so much for making Bailey’s health your priority. Boarding isn’t for us but I truly recommend Preppy Pet, Mary, Enrique and Mary’s husband were so attentive and kind, keeping us informed and trying everything in their power to get Bailey to stay healthy.
