I chose to bring my complex rescue cat to Morningside because I liked Dr. McGann’s bedside manner and the way she really listened to my concerns and carefully explained medical situations to me. When I was told she opened her own office I knew it was the right choice for us. I happen to be an anxious person and my cat had a Hefty history of illness’s from his life on the street. She never once made me feel silly about my worries or observations of my sweet kitty. I directly credit Dr. McGann and her colleagues and staff with the extra years I got with the sweetest cat in the world. You can tell when people are truly in it to heal animals. We were so sad when Dr Moore closed his Forest Animal Hospital practice. We have struggled to find a good fit for our fur babies, and were happy to see a new vet was moving into the same location. Dr. McGann and her team were welcoming, very informative, and really took the time to listen and answer questions. So happy she decided to open her practice!

Morningside Animal Hospital is AMAZING. They really have the compassion, the knowledge, and the human touch that some vet offices become a little numb to and can make vet visits in emergencies difficult. They took my girl into and emergency surgery, communicated incredibly, and saved her life while also making everything easy on us and giving great instructions that were easy to follow after the surgery. The front office called several times during the surgery to keep us updated and Dr. McGann even called after hours that day to let us know how our fur baby was doing. They listened to all of our concerns and addressed everything to make sure our baby was safe and we got to be sane.

We love this vet! One of our dogs likes to be complex and difficult with her health needs but Dr. McGann helps us through every step of the process. They could not be in safer hands. The new facility is so nice and calm, and this place is the first vet office my anxious little girl was calm and happy. She has terrible separation anxiety, but she felt at home here! With all the battles we've had to get through for my dog, this is the only vet I would trust to keep her alive and thriving. The other staff members were also very kind and helpful. We are so grateful this clinic opened!
