Pam and her team and Paws Landing are GREAT!! My husband and I are "new" to having a puppy and researched online the local places that had "doggy day care". We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

We absolutely love Paw’s Landing! Pam, the owner, is incredibly responsive and always easy to communicate with, which gives us much peace of mind. Our dogs get genuinely excited when we pull up, they clearly love being there. One of our favorite things is the extended hours, which makes drop-off a possibility for my daughter who has to be at work extra early. The turf is another huge plus since it keeps the dogs much cleaner than traditional outdoor setups. We also really appreciated receiving a report card with pictures after their first stay. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us feel confident they were in great hands. They also offer grooming services. I took my Goldendoodle to Roxanne, and she did a wonderful job in less than two hours—he looked amazing! Roxanne is also super responsive and so nice.

We were in Austin for 3 days of racing at COTA and needed care for our 13 1/2 year old, blind Brittany, a male Cocker that doesn’t always get along well with other dogs and a 2 year old, not yet spayed Bernese Mtn. Dog. Pam was able to provide day boarding for the 3 of them, where they were able to get play time with just the 3 of them. Everyone we met was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The late pickup time was nice, we didn’t have to worry about getting stuck in traffic and not getting there to pick them up. The facilities were very nice, very clean. If we’re ever in the area again and need day care or boarding Paws Landing is where we’ll go!

My review is the experience for grooming services only. Dr Weaver with Southpaw Animal Care recommended Paws Landing (PL) grooming for my 15.5 year young Morkie. 🐶 I emailed PL and received a response from Pam the same day. In her response she said she only has one groomer - Roxanne and that she is from Cali; after reading that-and her cell number included. I texted Roxanne, told her about Lola’s health condition (heart murmur level 5) and early stage of senile, Roxanne agreed to do a meet and greet before saying yes to grooming Lola which was very comforting because many groomers will say yes and not pay attention to the senior dogs needs. After meeting with her on Wednesday, Roxanne assessed Lola asked questions and said she could groom her and offered an earlier appointment to accommodate Lola’s service. As a senior dog, 🐶 she has good & bad days. DISCLAIMER: Lola has been groomed all her life, and had not been groomed in about 9 months. Lola did really well and the service was less than 2 hours. I stayed in the area (Starbucks) and received a Tex 15 minutes before Lola was done to come pick her up. When I picked her up, I asked Roxanne if she would be Lola’s groomer - she said yea and will service her every 3 months. Lastly, I did walk around on the side to let Lola potty and got to see many dogs 🐕 play during recess-they were quiet the welcoming committee 😆😉 Need a groomer - text Roxanne. For me she’s worth the drive for grooming services.

I had been searching for a kennel for the past two years where my pups wouldn’t come home anxious or stressed, and I finally found it! Paws Landing exceeded all my expectations from the moment we arrived. When we checked in, there was a personalized welcome message on a small board, which immediately made us feel at home. The clerk who greeted us was very professional and took the time to carefully note special considerations, while also ensuring that every item we brought for the stay was accounted for and returned to us. What truly warmed my heart was seeing my pups, Koda and Lexi, so excited to go in. At other facilities, they would always pull away, but this time they happily followed the staff without even looking back. The daily pictures and updates were such a special touch, and I looked forward to them every day. Seeing them playing, relaxed, and happy gave me such peace of mind. It’s clear the staff truly cares about the animals they look after. When I picked them up, there was no anxiety or stress at all, just two happy pups who clearly had a great time. Knowing they are in a safe environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day makes traveling so much easier now. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. I’m so happy to have finally found the perfect place for my babies. Thank you, Paws Landing, for providing a safe, fun, and loving environment. We can’t wait for their next stay!
