Great staff and super helpful with any pet related needs. The only downside is that there’s NEVER enough cat stuff! This is definitely more of a dog store than anything. A common theme with pet stores sadly😭please have more than 2-3 cat products such as the cleaning items out at a time it’s so hard to get certain items as they’re never in stock it feels. Also, majority of toys have catnip already in them so it’s hard to shop for kitten items that do not contain it as there’s very little choices.

Thank you to the handsome young man Antonio for helping me throughout my visit yesterday even while he was working hard putting away inventory. He was very knowledgeable, personable and I can’t believe it was his second day. This is why I love coming here. Thank you Antonio for helping this old lady out and being so kind!

We have been customers of Pet Supplies Plus on University Ave., since it initially opened. We have nothing but excellent things to say about the management, the staff, the choice of foods and micellaneous products AND the convenient self-wash facility for those dirty paws (comes in handy with 3 big dogs!!!). The staff are consistently and genuinely friendly and always helpful. The pricing on products very competitive and the monthly sales add true value to ones' bottom line. We appreciate having a shop like this so close to our home. Many thanks to everyone at Pet Supplies Plus on University!

I am Big Fan of this Store, but today, I went to wash my Lab [which is a great, convenient way to do so]; however, a couple things that I hope PS Plus will see and address in this Review: (1) the wash bays Were Not Sanitized or Clean today [12.11.25 @ 12:30 pm}; secondly, the labels on all the washing bottles has worn off and you couldn't tell what product was in them, except for the Wash & Conditioner bottle; third, and This Is Important, when washing a large dog, if the floor becomes wet, it is Very Unsafe and presents a serious slipping hazard. Hopefully, they can place non-slip rubber material where one must stand. It IS A GREAT PLACE, I HOPE THAT THESE 3 ISSUES CAN BE ADDRESSED AND MAINTAINED.

Dropped my goofy doodle off for a grooming and for the first time ever, when I picked her up I got to say, "Just what I wanted!" Brandy did a fabulous job grooming her and revealing her personality. I absolutely loved it and Brandy too - so kind! All the staff at the grooming section are lovely and very helpful. I have found a grooming home for my pup. I am also pleased with the store and their food selection. A great place, 10 stars if I could give it. Thanks!
