Highly recommend this dog groomer! I noticed my dog’s nails were getting way too long, so I called last minute to see if they could trim them. The groomer was incredibly friendly on the phone and told me I could just walk right in—no appointment needed. As soon as I walked through the door, I knew we’d found the right place. The lobby is small and cute, with big windows so you can peek in and see the dogs. Every pup in there looked calm, relaxed, and happy — such a good sign! I decided to go ahead and treat my little mutt to a full wash and groom while I was there. When I picked her up, she looked like a brand new dog — clean, fluffy, and absolutely content. She was clearly comfortable and well cared for the whole time. I couldn’t recommend this groomer more! Friendly service, happy dogs, and great results. We’ll definitely be back.

DO NOT go here. I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews this is genuinely the first one I’ve ever written. I’ve used the same groomer for over a year without a single issue, but I decided to try this place because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, it has been an absolute nightmare for my dog and for me. Shortly after her appointment, I noticed a cut on her head that developed into scabs. Over the following days, those scabs spread across her head and neck. I’ve now spent over $400 in vet bills, and I have yet another appointment today. Multiple veterinarians told me the same thing: this was most likely caused by improper grooming practices specifically not cleaning or drying her properly. My dog has had to wear a cone for a month because she scratches the affected areas until she bleeds. Watching her suffer like this has been heartbreaking. I’ve cried over this more times than I can count, and I feel awful that a simple grooming appointment turned into such a painful ordeal for her. I went back and forth about posting this, but if I were taking my dog to a new groomer, I would want someone to be honest about their experience. The photo I shared is taken from a video we recorded to document what happened. Please be cautious our pets can’t speak for themselves, so we have to speak up for them.

Took my dog here for the first time today and I am beyond satisfied ! Very great costumer service ! I am happy and so is my little girl 🥹 will be returning so glad we found our new groomer 💕 I have the before and after results 💕 and the price is very affordable

Loved this pet grooming salon! Excellent customer service and attention to detail with the pet grooming. I absolutely love bringing my dog here because the groomers put a lot of love into their work. I definitely recommend this place.

So I asked for a trim, shower and a combing. And my poor dog came back like this and was still charged 150 dollars. She apologized repeatedly and said she had to because of fleas. (Never seen fleas on my dog but won’t argue because it may be possible. They tried to show me fleas but they couldn’t find one) i just wished she called me and asked before she decided to shave my dog bare. Dog came back extremely scared ( could be because he has only gone to a groomer once before). They have a thick accent as well not an issue but was for us in this case because I didn’t know why they had called apologizing.
