These are the best and most experienced groomers in the Bay Area hands down. They absolutely love our two fur babies and the dogs actually enjoy going to the groomer now. They are very talented and I have never left disappointed.

I had such a wonderful experience today! Serdar is truly a master at what he does — incredibly skilled, calm, gentle, and has a very special bond with animals. From the moment we arrived, I could immediately tell my dog felt safe and comfortable. Not only did he get an amazing grooming service, but he also had the BEST time playing, running around, going down the slide, and exploring. It honestly felt like a little “pet fun day” rather than just a grooming appointment. The level of care and attention Serdar gives is beyond exceptional. He treats every dog like family, and it shows in every detail — from the quality of the haircut to the way the dogs leave happy, relaxed, and smelling amazing. My dog came home looking adorable, feeling refreshed, and so full of joy. 🐶💛 I’m truly impressed and grateful. This is A+ service, and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a groomer who genuinely cares and provides top-tier service, this is the place!

I want to preface this by saying we have never left our dogs with anyone other than family. We have an extended family, so it has always been easy for us to get dog sitters. That said, our girls, a 7-year-old Golden (Chloe) and a 5-year-old Terrier mix (Ellie), were in dire need of a wash. We decided to bring them to Gofrette Pamper &Play. What I really appreciate is that Serdar, the owner, is great at explaining what needs to be done for each dog. Chloe and Ellie have very different coats, so their cuts & wash needed to be different. He walked us through his plan, and honestly, I trusted him to do whatever he thought would be best for the girls. My goal was to not only look good now, but also to think about coat health as their coats grew out. When we picked them up, I was honestly blown away. We normally wash them ourselves in a custom-built wash station that my husband designed, but I couldn't believe how amazing they looked coming out. Their coats were soft and shiny, which had been so difficult to do at home. They also smelled so clean, and it has been three days, and they still smell fresh. On top of that, the girls were clearly happy. They get a little sassy after a good wash, and I could tell they felt great. I honestly loved my experience here and would absolutely recommend them to any pet owner looking for quality care. The way the staff interacts with the dogs shows how much they truly love animals. I highly recommend Gofrette Pamper and Play, and we will not be going anywhere else. 10/10 highly recommend.

From the moment we dropped them off, it was clear they were in good hands. The team took such great care of our fur babies, pampering them all day and making sure they were comfortable, clean, and happy.
