(from Google)It is so refreshing to find a restaurant that is still “scratch kitchen”. All three of our meals were obviously made fresh. The fried pickles were the best I have ever had. The food was framed impeccably by the atmosphere and live Irish music! Thank you Kayla for the excellent service. I’m impressed!
My guys, Ray and Travis do such a great job with their restaurant. We’ve been coming for well over a decade now. One word, Consistency. Food is always hot and delicious. You can’t go wrong. Have a pint and a laugh with family and friends. Usable large back room as well for big parties. Tell them Greg sent you!
Conroy’s is a an old Irish pub smack dab in the middle of Overland Park. They offer all the best old classics (usually on a bed of mashed potatoes) or your choice of so many other things! We have been twice and are excited to get back to try more. I am convinced that everything here is absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend anyone who wants any comfort food to go here. We always leave full, with leftovers and extremely happy.
This place was excellent! Was a welcome change of pace in the menu. We both got the fish and chips, which was amazing. A nice thick whole fillet perfectly fried. Also tried the scotch egg which was equally fantastic. All sides were great. Server was on point, made helpful suggestions and also described things well as we weren’t super familiar with Irish/English food. Gordon Ramsay would be proud lol. Whenever I go back to Kansas City, I will definitely stop here again. 10/10 thank you!
First time visit. The pretzels were good. The mustard had a lot of horseradish, the cheese was a better option. I had the pizza, wasn’t a fan. Great service recovery. My husband had one of the speciality sandwiches. He said it was good but small. My son had the tenderloin (no pic) with the pub chips, said it was delicious. My daughter in law had the chicken lettuce wraps with sweet potato fries, she enjoyed both. The baby had Shepards pie she seemed to like it was well. Our drinks were never empty, plenty of parking. Wish my husband and I ordered something different,
