I called to ask about prices, and was told I could walk in between 8am to 12 noon but once I got there I was told I had to do an exam and rabies shots for both cats. If I'd known that I wouldn't have even wasted gas to go there. I took them to another place and tight their nails cut. The place is beautiful, nice and no complaints. I just feel to ask if new patient or return patient so given information is accurate. This made me late to an appointment I had. Thank GOD they waited for me. *the price to cut nails is good 👍🏿

Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic is definitely my go to place! I recently moved and needed to find a local vet clinic that had reasonable prices for spaying and neutering but also who showed compassion, kindness, and love to my fur babies. This place is great! From the greetings and acknowledgment as soon as you to step into the place and out. The front desk staff, the vet technician, and the veterinarians all showed professionalism, courteousness, knowledge, and concern for my four-legged friends! I have always taken my dog to Rose-Rich and the staff here is amazing. Especially Dr. Katie L. Williams. I had to put my dog down yesterday due to his cancer and diminishing quality of life. He was 13 years old and my first dog ever as an adult. Dr. Williams showed a lot of compassion and understanding, and really helped me and my family through this moment. Her knowledge, sympathy, and patience rivals that of physicians for us humans. If you are needing a place to take your pet with the best care, do so at Rose-rich. I have a special needs dog & they are so kind to her. They understand her personality & always provides a stress free environment for her when possible. I love that they know her & understand her. They also take such wonderful care from the doctors to the techs to the front office. I would not go anywhere else!
