Premier Paws Pet Grooming

The last 2 times I have been here the service I paid for on both my cats has been unspeakable. It took me months, lots of months to even consider giving them another chance after last time when they shaved down onto my Himalayan's back about a 6" mark where I was forced to take her to the veterinary office and have my sweet girl checked out and get medication for over a month to heal. Premier paws told me she had dermatitis. Look my cat has never had a skin issue. I brush and comb her all the time. This was new, fresh, sore and it was horrible. She was in so much pain. The veterinarian even knew. This time I reminded them of that and not to let the shaver get too hot. I do not think they did anything to her. Got a small clump of dirt out by her paw, and trimmed a couple spots by her neck. Thats it. Her hair was exactly the same length. They didnt even it out, trim peri area, anything. I had to do it the next day. Little at a time with scissors. My other cat they did give a fast shave down. Worst ever..left all spots under all 4 legs, behind ears, where hair mats some. Tail was so fluffy still. Said she was stressed out. Well okay..but if I am paying you 240.00 to do a job. Offer me to bring her back so you can finish the job that wasn't done. The reason I pay you. The parts I definitely can't get, that's why I pay 240.00 to go to a place of professionals. I didnt know any of this until I was home with my cats. I actually didn't want to rate any stars. I am so disappointed as this being the 2nd time in a row and almost $500.00 later. My cats were regular customers until their care declined. This is why I am posting this review. It was unprofessional service all around! Lieing to me about hurting my cat's back and then charging me for services not even completed or done. Now I will be looking for another spa/salon for my fur babies that is professional!

I have a big dog and when you have a big dog most people don't want to deal with them. When you do find someone that will it's usually very expensive. Premier Paws was the 3rd place I called i explained that he was a big puppy(100 lbs) but friendly. I got a price quote that was far cheaper than the other two. My boy Mowgli had a blast. We both left happy, I'm calling Monday to schedule another appointment.

We love premier paws! They do an incredible job grooming my doodles. They are timely, affordable, and good at communication. Highly recommend.

Laura did an amazing job with Scout!! Absolutely the sweetest person ever and treated him with so much care and kindness. He was practically prancing around out of happiness after his wash and blow out. He’s an anxious dog but had no problem warming up to Laura and feeling comfortable with her. Would come back again because it was awesome to see how happy he was with her work!

Destiny is absolutely amazing! Our dog is newly 2 (still has that puppy energy) and he’s 90lbs. She’s been so patient with working with him and helping him feel comfortable and calm during grooming. We love his cuts every time, highly recommend Destiny!
