Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. Called ahead with my issue and they had everything I needed waiting for me when I pulled up.

Love this place! Great food/snack choices for your 4 legged babies. Staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The groomer does not have a lot of experience grooming dogs. My dog was returned to me with an uneven hair cut, no brushing, several areas where he was cut very short leaving the skin raw. I ended up having to take my dog to the vet for medication to treat the raw flesh and it ended up costing me an additional $200.00 for the vet bill. This is the worst place to get your dog groomed so beware. The staff look like they just rolled out of bed and lack professionalism.

The groomers did an amazing last minute bath and de-shed for our two large golden retrievers. Very affordable and great quick service! Will be back when we come back to town!
