The self wash is amazing but my dog has a bit anxiety and nervous when it comes to showers thinking it would be nice to take her to a new place my dog kept barking and crying and I had to deal with it because I had paid for it already. The old lady kept making comments and when I was leaving she kept laughing and she told me to “Not to come back” which I heard it so never coming back to that place with that customer service the other girls there where amazing and my dog even got treats for doing a good job and getting through it

I have been trading at this location for about 6 months, you have to keep an eye on the prices sometimes. If it is on sale, make sure it rings up that way. This was the issue today. I bought a cat food that was supposed to be on sale, but it rang up full price. The cashier called Fayth, the MOD, and she was fantastic. She sorted out the issue and even price matched on another item. She provided great customer service. The store gets 3 stars because of the price issue, which happens too much, but Fayth gets 5 stars for how she takes care of customers.

I was greeted by a young man who was absolutely amazing! He immediately noticed my puppy, Hazel (my 7mo. old lab), and made us both feel so welcome. His communication skills were topnotch and something you don’t always come across, especially paired with such a natural way with dogs. I wish I could remember his name (I’m kicking myself for forgetting!), but I believe he’s the store lead. He was kind, professional, and truly seemed to care. I really hope he moves up to manager someday—he totally deserves it. Huge thanks to Facebook for the $5 nail trim promo, which brought us in, and a special shoutout to Matthew, who I do remember he’s unforgettable too! Honestly, everyone was great, but that young man stood out. He’s a true dog whisperer with people skills to match.

Excellent, helpful staff! Saturday 10/12/24 I took my two labs in for a dog wash. The tubs were well stocked with soaps, towels, fur dryers and most importantly super clean. I will be back and highly recommend!

Awesome self service dog wash area with everything you need! Loved the waterproof aprons and provided towels- makes it super easy! Worth the cost to me to not have to clean up afterwards. There are 5 stations- 3 big dog and 2 small dog. Was able to fit in there comfortably even with 2 other dogs + owners in there.
