I like Dr. Cook and Dr. Brown. But it seems the office is getting to many customers. It will be hard to change but it's obvious customer appreciation has to have some help! Will miss the two mentioned above, they were good to my family!

Everyone at Family Pet are terrific and do a great job for both of our dogs They are very caring and conscientious about all they do. We love Dr. Robinson.

Pamela has been great for my dog who is a very timid toy poodle rescue. I’d recommend her to anyone who wants their pup looking their best!

Pamela is hands down the BEST groomer ever! My dog had a rough past and is anxiety filled, trusting only a select few, which now include Pamela. I never thought he’d be able to be professionally groomed until we found Pamela. We will never take our dog anywhere else 🙌🏻

I was unable to get our quickly declining dog in with our primary vet so we scheduled an appointment same day with Dr Brown. She was incredibly caring and even called in to check on her daily. Unfortunately she continued to decline and we had to euthanize her. I cannot remember the vets name who performed the procedure (Dr brown was off that day) because I was so upset but she and the whole office were incredibly compassionate and respectful. I was allowed to hold her through the whole procedure and they offered a cozy blanket and a burial bag to bring her home in as we chose to bury her at home.
