DANAQUA LIVE FISH

Fish arrived alive and are a great species (Pseudotropheus Salousi). However, the order was listed as 2"+ fish, and the majority received were closer to 1–1.5", with some under 1". I paid a premium for larger more mature fish and what I received was not that. I contacted the seller immediately (within their stated window) with photos and video. They initially said they would work out a partial refund for the size difference, but no adjustment was ever made despite follow-up attempts. The seller did offer a full return for refund, if I shipped the fish back (I have no equipment to return them safely) but no partial resolution option was actually provided. Just be aware of the potential size discrepancy when ordering and good luck.

Grateful to have someone in the area who has different variety of fish than what is normally at chain pet stores. He really cares about what he does and I’ve never had any issues! Great price and value, can’t beat it 🐠 🐟 👍🏽
